Our customers run SAP software either locally or in the cloud. As a cloud hosting provider and AWS partner, we support both delivery methods. Our Singapore data centre currently supports over 50 customers for both SAP Business One and SAP S/4. We also work closely with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, Google or Huawei Cloud to help you find the right solution for your cloud hosting.
SAP offers a whole range of services and tools here. The switch to SAP S/4HANA is an opportunity for customers to further differentiate, optimise and innovate. Examples include SAP S/4HANA Adoption Starter, Business Scenario Recommendations, SAP Transformation Navigator, SAP S/4HANA Readiness Check and extensive benchmarking with the help of SAP Innovation & Optimisation Pathfinders. As part of our SAP Enterprise Support, our customers receive active expert help and a structured approach using SAP Value Maps. The SAP Mission Control Centre helps our customers with complex issues to integrate our new solutions such as SAP S/4HANA. It collects experiences from early adopters and implementations at customers, where complex hybrid solutions with large data volumes are built. With this project experience, we are expanding our maintenance offering, for example with Meet-the-Expert Sessions of the SAP Enterprise Support Academy. We also publish best practices for analysis and quick solutions to technical problems in SAP Knowledge Base Articles.

In order to make it easier for companies to get into the SAP HANA Cloud, SAP unifies maintenance and customer service for On Premise and Cloud systems. SAP One Support offers coordinated support for in-house and cloud systems and is designed to ensure flexible and easy use of software in all operating scenarios. This should enable customers to switch to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA according to their individual requirements, while at the same time exploiting existing investments in local software solutions.
Supporting end users is a difficult task, especially if you are an SME. You may not have the necessary manpower or internal skills to provide solutions to all potential problems. In addition, constantly changing business requirements put IT departments under constant pressure to meet quality, predictability, and responsiveness requirements. We provide first-level support and work directly with your end users to continue maintenance and user support if you do not want to build an internal SAP support capability. Or we can add second-level support to your internal helpdesk and complement your existing team for complex problem solving and improvement.
