Feedback on classic messages can already be received by customers in real time as SMS directly to their mobile phone. Customers prefer to help with questions directly in the application they use. We therefore integrate support directly into our products with Built-in Support.

In December 2017, Salt Solutions took over the supervision of the SAP ERP and EWM modules. This includes answering user support requests and solving problems, providing more complex evaluations and executing change requests in customising, for example creating new workstations in EWM. A global template has also been developed, for example, which significantly facilitates the maintenance of the various price lists of international sales organisations.

Any support request that we receive will only be completed after positive feedback from the user. The solution of each problem serves as the basis for another knowledge base entry for this project / solution.

With "Shortcut for SAP Systems", a tool is available to help your SAP support with troubleshooting.

As part of our SAP Enterprise Support, our customers receive active expert help and a structured approach using SAP Value Maps.

In addition to the "Advanced" block, we develop the company strategy, build and maintain the SAP landscape, and pull applications to new operating system versions, databases, and SAP platforms.
