Why have a SAP-BASIS department in the companies? Our history
This saves us a lot of time and ensures that no checks are overlooked when performing manually. Security Automation via HR Permissions HR permissions are a very risky topic in many companies and are often only touched with silk gloves.

The integration of the SAP basis enables solutions to be introduced faster and better integrated into the existing system landscape. This is partly because the solutions are already known in advance and the necessary knowledge exists or is already planned. This will make it easier to implement the roadmap. It should also be noted that a clear strategy on digitisation and also on cloud products in general, as well as their possible uses, sets out a framework for action that all parties can follow. The participants thus know where the company wants to develop or orientate itself, what is possible and what is not possible or permitted. Thus, both companies and the parties have a valid point of reference at all times. This also leads to an increased acceptance within the SAP basis and a more practical implementation for the SAP basis, as the mentioned expertise is already present in the strategy. As a result, this makes it easier and cheaper to ensure operation in a manageable system landscape.
Output Management
The application layer is the central component of the SAP R/3 system. This layer is therefore also referred to by SAP as the actual basis system. Within the layer there are application servers and a message server.

This is the heart of the SAP system. In the classic three-tier model, this would be the logic or control layer. One or more application servers host the necessary services for the various applications at this layer. These application servers provide all the services required by the SAP applications. In theory, a single server could fill this role. In practice, these services are in most cases distributed among several servers, each serving different applications.

Some missing SAP basic functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".

STEP 8: MARKET COMMUNICATION The step of market communication describes the way in which the respective service is advertised and how it is to be communicated with customers in this regard.

Expert tools are also used to fulfil his task.
